By commissioning me you are agreeing to my TOS. So make sure you read it carefully to avoid any confusion. I will not be held responsible if there are any misunderstandings due to not reading my TOS thoroughly.
กรุณาอ่านกฏและข้อตกลงในการสั่งงานคอมมิชชั่นของนักวาดให้เรียบร้อย ก่อนที่จะสั่งงาน เพื่อป้องกันการเข้าใจผิดกันระหว่างตัวลูกค้าและนักวาดในอนาคต ลูกค้าที่สั่งงานคอมมิชชั่นกับทางเราถือว่ายอมรับและตกลงกับเงื่อนไขทุกอย่างตามที่ระบุไว้ หากมีข้อผิดพลาดที่สาเหตุเกิดจากลูกค้าอ่านกฏและข้อตกลงไม่ครบถ้วน ทางนักวาดจะไม่มีส่วนรับผิดชอบใดๆทั้งสิ้น

นักวาดมีสิทธิ์ปฏิเสธงานในกรณีที่รายละเอียดงานไม่ตรงกับสไตล์หรือความถนัดของนักวาด	I reserve the right to refuse any order.
นักวาดมีสิทธิ์โพสภาพงานหรือเบื้องหลังการสร้างผลงาน ลงบน SNSต่างๆของนักวาดเพื่อใช้โปรโมท ดังนั้นหากลูกค้าไม่ต้องการให้ผลงานออกสู่สาธารณะ โปรดแจ้งให้เราทราบล่วงหน้า	I reserve the right to share WIPs of the commissioned art on my social media to promote my work and showcase my skills.
รูปสเก็ชและไฟล์งานทั้งหมดที่ใช้สร้างสรรค์ตัวงานไฟนอลถือเป็นกรรมมสิทธิ์ของนักวาด	All preparation materials, sketches, and electronic files used in the creation of the project remain the property of me, the artist.
การแก้ไขงาน สามารถแก้ได้ไม่เกิน 2 ครั้งต่อ 1 รอบการส่งงาน การขอแก้งานเกินกว่าจำนวนที่ตกลงจะคิดค่าแก้เพิ่ม	I will confirm with the client before moving on to each step, and 2 revisions are allowed for each step for any changes the client wishes to make. Any additional revisions may incur an additional fee
นักวาดมีสิทธิ์ใช้รูปวาดคอมมิชชั่นใน Portfolio ของนักวาด	I reserve the right to use the commissioned artwork in my portfolio
ไม่อนุญาตให้นำงานคอมมิชชั่นไปใช้ใน NFTs,Cryptocurrency หรือเทคโนโลยีที่คล้ายคลึงกันในทุกกรณี	The commissioned work cannot be used for any blockchain-related purposes such as NFTs and other similar
ไม่อนุญาตให้นำงานคอมมิชชั่นไปใช้เทรน AI ในทุกกรณี	All commissioned work cannot be used for AI/machine learning training purposes.
ให้เครดิตนักวาดทุกครั้ง ห้ามแอบอ้างว่าเป็นเจ้าของผลงานโดยเด็ดขาด	Plagiarism or claim the artwork as your own is strictly prohibited.
